Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I always try to be personable and patient in my interactions with others. Sometimes legal affairs can cause anxiety. While I cannot explain a document, nor recommend a document, I can often review it for completeness.

I guarantee my service and will return to the client's location should I have made an error in my notarization. Please consult an attorney to verify the correct document is chosen to solve a particular legal issue. My service guarantee does not cover the client's incorrect choice of the document to be notarized.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Frequent areas of concern are current identification and the ability to sign a valid signature.

Expired identification is a huge problem. The notary's role is to verify ID. If the ID is no longer valid, the client must find a notary who personally knows the signer, is not related, is not named in the document, and will not benefit as a result of the document being signed.

Should the person be cognizant but unable to sign a valid signature, there is a procedure and document to address this issue. Please seek legal advice.
