Introduction: Services offered: * Gutter cleaning, includes hand cleaning gutters - We clean all downspouts, check pins and straps and check for leaks. Rates: $60 1 story $75 2 story $100 3 story We service commercial or multiple properties; call for discounted pricing. * Moss removal - We offer removal of all moss with no pressure washing or harmful chemicals. Roof is left clean and free of moss; gutter cleaning is included. Rate: $175 to $275 * Pressure washing - We do most flat work such as patios, decks, walkways, and sidewalks. We charge 10 to 15 cents per sq. ft. Rates: 1 story home $125/$150 depending on square footage 2 story home $150/$175 depending on square footage 3 story home $175-$200 depending on square footage We use a commercial 3,000 psi washer. * Hauling yard debris - $60 per truck load garbage or mixed materials - $80 per load We also offer tenant clean-ups. We haul it all away. Call for bid.

Gutter Guyzz came and cleaned my roof, gutter, and applied treatment in less than 2 hours! I was kind of worried since they got it done so quickly and thought maybe it wasn't very thorough, but by looking at it the roof looks great and although I couldn't from see inside the gutter, I was shown what was taken out of it...almost a half bucket of dirt! No wonder why the water wouldn't go down the drain spout. Bob was very knowledgeable and informative. He had some great recommendations and are honest about it. These guyzz don't just clean roof, they've added on gutter cleaning and hammering in all the pins at no additional cost! Overall, I highly recommend Gutter Guyzz and will definitely hire them again!
