We are a painting contractor, construction services provider, and handyman. We do all phases of residential and commercial painting requirements, as well as do complete remodeling or specialized requests, and repair problems on most all items.
I have been in business since 1975. Since then, I have built 20 new homes, been involved in or remodeled more than 30 homes, and painted over 300 homes. What I have gained is a vast amount of knowledge, and experience in all aspects of the construction business, and also the importance of the quality in the workmanship, and the satisfaction from the completion of a well-planned, and executed job.
I do high-quality work; the same as if I was doing the job
for myself. I guarantee four years of workmanship on all exterior painting (some restrictions apply).
I am fully licensed, bonded, and carry workman's comp. for my employees.

A. Make sure they are fully licenced, bonded, and have liability insurance.
A. How do I know whom is the best contractor to do the
job I am wanting completed.
Well first of all, when you get your proposals, never take the cheapest. That means your job will be a cheap job.
Always get three bids, for the same job. Make sure you meet the contractor, when bidding, at your site, and give him a list (on paper) of what you need completed. That way, you can get 3 bids, bidding the same thing.
Alway's have him list the products he is using in his proposal. (Brand Names)
Get every contract in writing, and a full detail of what he is going to complete, materials he furnishes, and disposal and clean up he includes.
Demand a copy of his licence, and check to make sure it's current. Also need to know if he has employees, if he has Workman's Comp.
My trade of a painting contractor, is you alway's want a
really nice job, when finished!! To make sure you get that, get three or more references of prior clients, that have had work done by your chosen contractor, and on exteriors, actually go by a couple homes to see the work done. So you can see the quality of his work.
If you do all that, it's a good chance you will get a completed job you were looking for.

A. I am totally honest, I give a fair price, I do high quality workmanship, and work with the customer to give them their projected outlook on all job's.
A. I meet new people on every job.
I get to travel to a new area for each job, every job is different
and a new challenge.
I like to make customers happy with a high satisfaction of
completed job.
A. In the process of completing a job, there are area's that
I need to go back to and finish, before I am finished. I get questions
for the same, that I missed that spot.
I alway's need to tell them, when I am completed with the job, they
get that opportunity to find any concern's they may have, and I will correct them. Most alway's they are already handeled.
