Where to begin! Ashley was professional, friendly, approachable, warm and organized. She elevated our wedding and our entire experience. Our monthly check ins with her kept us on track and ensured that our wedding day ran smoothly. At the wedding, Ashley was a delight! She set up our ceremony and reception space exactly how we had envisioned. We can’t say enough about Blue Lark Events. Highly recommend to anyone getting married.

Ashley completely put me at ease on my wedding day. She worked with me every month leading up to the wedding and helped me with so many details I didn’t even think of. I utilized her for day of coordination services and got so much more. The day of my wedding was truly magical and she brought my vision to life. Not to mention she collaborated with my other vendors to make sure everything was how I wanted. I would highly recommend hiring her for your wedding, she is worth every penny!

Ashley is AMAZING! I could write a novel about how wonderful she is and it still wouldn’t do her justice! I hired Ashley for my 40th birthday party. I had two events over a weekend: a large party on a Saturday night and a family brunch the following Sunday morning. Ashley and I worked together, having monthly check-ins and touch base calls, starting six months leading up to the event. She knew every detail of what was going on, captured everything along the way, knew exactly the right vendors to use, and had the best feedback! She responded to every single email over the months and always remembered everything. She knew the names of all my loved ones, she was SO FUN and her energy kept me relaxed and calm the entire time, which allowed me to soak in every minute of my events! My 40th birthday weekend was magical and so much of it was made possible because of Ashley. Ashley was smiling from ear to ear at both events and every time I saw her, she genuinely looked so happy for me and the experience I was having! It was so touching! Ashley was on point for the entire time at both events. She was everywhere! She made sure everything went smoothly, she kept communication tight and she directed everyone! I just can’t say thank you enough! It was was of the most memorable and enjoyable events of my life. Ashley, you made it happen! Thank you!!

Blue Lark Events is very professional and personable. Ashley is so wonderful to work with! Ashley made an effort to get to know me and helped me from getting overwhelmed or stressed throughout the process. My Matron of Honor had talked me into getting a Day of Coordinator so that I would be able to enjoy my wedding and not stress about anything. I was already planning everything else on my own to keep things budget friendly and really wanted to do everything on my own. However, I listened to my Matron of Honor and when I found Blue Lark Events, everything just fell into place! Ashley was a breath of fresh air from the time we first contacted each other and started talking about my needs for the wedding. I appreciate Ashley’s flexibility and organizational skills. I am currently a medical student out of state and she was able to work with my schedule. I appreciate how accessible she is to schedule webcam meetings, responsive emails, and even texts during the wedding prep/day. Ashley thought of things that I would have never been able to think about while planning. With her past experiences, she was able to think ahead and plan things accordingly. She made sure things got done the way that I wanted and talked with me if things needed to be adjusted. She has an instinct about the flow of the environment and schedule for the day. She is also respectful of my time and accomplished discussing all our updates with each meeting. She was respectful and a great communicator to my other vendors and worked well with them to ensure a smooth transition with everyone. I had little children participate as bearers and a flower girl and she was wonderful with them! She made sure to get on their level, speak to them accordingly, and encouraged them when it was their time to do something. While we were setting up our barn venue, Ashley interacted with some of my bridal party who was helping to set things up and after the setup, they would tell me how much they enjoyed working with her. Even my guests noted how much care and attention Ashley put into my wedding. At the end of the event, my husband and I were very pleased and joyful with our wedding day. I trust Ashley with any event and I know that she will work with everyone to make sure your dream event comes true!
