Introduction: I closed my restaurant Smallwares in Portland two months before the pandemic and then teamed up with my partner to start catering. I have a lot of experience in catering over the years for chef events and personal occasions for regulars of my restaurant. My partner Nathan and I have a vast range of cooking experience in many different cuisines. We have worked in top New York restaurants, farm to table bakeries, high end italian, casual indian and of course everything in between that we did at Smallwares for 6 years. We strive to work with great ingredients but are great at working within a budget to guarantee a wonderful experience.

Johanna was wonderful! She was very responsive and worked with me to create a custom menu for my group of 9. The food was delicious and very high-end. We all loved it! She brought her own cooking and serving utensils and cleaned up. We had a wonderful experience.
