I reached out to Beth to inquire about working with my 10yo daughter. My goal for her: build body positivity; gain confidence in her physical skill; get moving. My daughter doesn’t like to participate in team sports or competitive physical activities. I wasn’t sure if she would be open to working with a fitness trainer. From day one it’s gone great! Beth’s personality & approach is perfect for getting my daughter comfortable & engaged. Beth keeps her focused by introducing new routines that incorporate my daughter’s interests. I’m very impressed with how well it’s going! An added bonus: Beth’s sweet pup Bowie is a gym regular. He definitely helped my daughter ease into the gym environment. She looks forward to going each week: this is huge given how resistent my child can be to things like this.

I have absolutely loved working with Beth as a personal trainer. She is patient and responsive to my goals, while balancing and respecting the other commitments in my life that make it difficult to stick to a workout. She has created a program specifically tailored for me, that allow me to balance, my health and fitness and all other daily demands. I saw results from her training in the second week. She has exceeded my expectations and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Beth is an excellent trainer. She customizes a plan based upon your current ability, needs and desires. Her business model allows her to give you direct attention & immediate feedback. Who knew I didn’t know how to activate my lower traps‽ Beth did! Her noticing these small details really helped her to craft the most comprehensive & efficient routine to get me where I need to be faster. She works out of a small, private gym which is great for people like myself who want to avoid ‘gym culture’ like the plague. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.

I have been training with Beth for around 8 years, and I cannot recommend her enough! Beth’s training programs have helped me gain confidence in my workouts - she is always there to help coach through a movement and cheer you on. Workouts are diverse, fun and you will definitely work up a sweat. Beth is incredibly knowledgeable about nutrition and loves to chat about her favorite new recipe. I have learned so much from her over the years and continue to look forward to working with her on my fitness journey. She is great at keeping you on track without judgement, and during those times when I’ve missed a goal, or fallen out of a workout schedule, she is always there with a kind and inspiring word to help get me back where I need to be.

My training with Beth exceeded my expectations I was turning 50 and wanted to work on strength and she helped me achieve my goals I not only got stronger I also leaned down too. I took progress pics throughout and was shocked at the changes I saw in my body and really was impressed at how many inches I ended of dropping as well throughout the training sessions. She was kind but pushed me and was creative in making workouts that were tough enjoyable - highly recommend.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will begin with conversation over the phone. We can chat briefly about your goals, what you are looking for, and any thing else you would want me to know. This also helps us decide if we work good together and are a match. I like to have my clients do a face to face (or meet virtually) so I can see how your body moves, see if there is any past injuries, muscle imbalances, etc.. from here I can create a unique plan to help get you to your goals. And, we will have fun!
