Introduction: My work focuses on helping people become the best they can be. I like to promote functional fitness that allows people to pursue anything they like and discovering new heights in their lives. It's not just about how you look, but how you feel. Beauty radiates from the inside out, and health along with it. I love helping people and seeing them improve their lives for the better. The connections I make during the ever important process of discovering what's possible.

I first came to know Brian as I started taking his spin class. I had recently lost 65 pounds and was lacking muscle is to put it lightly. He believed that I would be able to get my heart rate up enough to break a sweat soon enough but not too soon to make me want to quit coming. He didn't not push me into training with him . He encouraged me just by the other peolpe I was seeing train with him. When My husband and I approached him about training us he was very welcoming to us. I liked that Brian trained us for real life and adventure. Soon we were hiking, biking and snowshoeing with him and others that he had developed personal or training relationships with along the way. One particular milestone was being able to do push ups for the first time ever! Thanks you Brian for all yoiu have done for us!

Brian Clark is a truly outstanding personal trainer. He is the “Thomas Edison” of working out -- constantly inventing challenging new routines. Whether running while pulling a heavy sled across a grassy field, or hanging bands from a tree to do pull ups, he imagines everything in nature as potential exercise equipment. Brian has a wealth of fitness knowledge and a charismatic personality that makes working out fun. Even when your heart is pounding, sweat dripping, and you think can’t pull the sled another inch, he can still make you laugh! With his difficult yet exhilarating workouts, results are quickly achieved. I started working out with Brian last summer, hoping to increase my balance and endurance for cycling and mountain biking. After only two short months, during a three day mountain bike tour near Oakridge, Oregon, I felt stronger and more confident while riding these technical and steep trails. Additionally, I was able to ride my road bike 70 miles, with 5000 feet gain in elevation, up Spirit Lake Highway toward Mount St. Helens, and felt great afterwards. He certainly helped me achieve my goals. I highly recommend Brian; he is simply the best! Thank you Brian!

I met Brian two years ago when I decided to become more proactive with my health. As an elementary teacher for 34 years, I was always caring for others, but now it was time for me to take control of my life and to care for myself. The journey over these past two years has been remarkable thanks to Brian's guidance and support. His positive encouraging manner motivated me to gain the strength I didn't realize was possible and to have fun while doing so. He also encouraged me in regards to my weight and I am thrilled to say that I have lost 45 pounds and continue to lose. Due to strength training, the muscles in my knee have strengthened and I have no pain due to a prior torn meniscus. Being a cancer survivor since 2001, I have also had excellent reports and no sign of any reoccurring disease. I can't help but think that choosing a healthy life style makes the difference! Having just turned 60, I so agree with Brian's statement, "It's never too late to live like a kid again." I am so pumped with enthusiasm as I look to the future feeling the healthiest and strongest I've felt in years! Thank you, Brian J Clark, for inspiring me!!!

I have been working along side Brian Clark on several fitness related projects over the last year and a half. Durring the spring and summer of 2013 Brian and I teamed up together to form “ Blast Outdoor Workouts”. Even though Brian was the brains of these fun and functional fitness bootcamps, I was lucky enough to be the female trainer on board. These classes were held in a beautiful grassy setting at lake Sacajewea in Longview Washington. Brian is extremely creative and can design a great workout ANYWHERE! I have also used Brian as my own personal trainer. For 8 weeks Brian worked with me to help me gain muscle mass, and along the way I learned new and effective way to develope my body. Not only is Brian a good trainer ....he is also a talented photographer, and has been involved with taking fitness photos to demonstrate new exercises that he has created. I am currently in the pre production stage of making my own exercise video to sell on the market late 2014, Brian is in charge of the filming and is a co – director of this video. With the first two rough drafts completed I am pleased with Brian's work and involvment with this project. Brian Clark is a unique individual who is competent in many areas. He is very passionate about helping people become a healthier version of themselves and would be an asset to any company. I feel lucky to have him as a bussiness partner and to be called one of his best friends.
