Introduction: Under construction! As is my website! :) The best part of my job usually occurs when I'm not even working. I love when I receive texts, calls, or emails from my clients while they are in the dressing room trying on jeans that are four sizes smaller when they weren't even trying to control their eating for this purpose. I love when my clients have decided they were no longer too embarrassed to go sleeveless or wear a swimsuit. I love to hear that they are at work and took eight flights of stairs without having to stop. I love hearing that they no longer need high blood pressure medication or insulin injections. These are the best moments of my job.

Kristin changed the way I think about working out. I used to dread it; you'd have to drag me to a gym and once I got there I had no idea what to do. One day I decided to sign up for a gym and got a free session with Kristin as part of my sign up package. When I showed up, I didn't know what to expect but assumed I'd just be learning how to use gym equipment. To my surprise, Kristin ended up teaching me all kinds of things I didn't know about exercise and nutrition and I was immediately convinced that she could make my work outs less dreadful and more effective. I was right; every time I trained with her felt really challenging, but I never dreaded going to the gym because I knew once I got there, she would just take the reins and motivate me the whole way through. I loved how she would plan a different work out for me every time so I never got bored and my body was always challenged with something new. For anyone trying to get back into the rhythm of working out on a regular basis, I highly recommend Kristin to be your guide. She's a very down to earth, friendly and knowledgeable person who will pay special attention to your personal wants/needs. You won't regret it, trust me!

I have worked out with numerous trainers over the years, and Kristin is the best by far. I always look forward to working out with her because she manages to make it fun while kicking my butt at the same time. I really have no idea how she does it because I don't feel the least bit uncomfortable during the workout. I'm usually laughing. But the next day, I feel it EVERYWHERE, which is hard to accomplish because I work out a lot. Kristin also has a way of making clients feel totally comfortable and at ease. She won't make you feel dumb if you don't know what a dead lift is, but she will walk you through it step by step to ensure you're doing it right. I give Kristin my highest endorsement. I would work out with her every day if my body could take it. :) She will get you the results you're looking for in a safe, fun environment. Do it!!!

Kristin is a fantastic trainer. When I started working with her, I was a relatively new trainer at the same gym she was working at. Working alongside her, I could tell just how much she knew, and how fantastic of a trainer she was. I hired her to help me achieve my own personal goals, and to help me become a better trainer (choosing her from a group of 8 other trainers). I ended up learning far more from her than I had planned. While I started working with her because of her incredible knowledge of working out, nutrition, and supplements; I ended up learning more about how I should be helping people as trainer. While Kristin possesses a vast array of knowledge, I learned how to help people get started in the gym without fear. I have never met someone who so easily puts people at ease. Maybe because of the fact she has gone through the work of losing weight and getting healthy herself, its easy to open up to her, and trust her to get you to your goal. Walking into a gym isn't easy, simply making the decision to get healthy and make changes can be terrifying, but with Kristin's help, you know you can do it. I could go on and on about Kristin as a person and a trainer. How much she helped me reach my goals, taught me how to be a better trainer, how again and again she went above and beyond as a trainer, and as a friend. I chose her to be my trainer, out of eight other trainers, being a fitness professional myself. I am so glad I did, and you will be too.
