- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard session rate is $60 per hour, which can be for an hour long or 90 minutes. I recommend 90 minutes ($90) to allow for proper warm up & cool down. Depending on the weekly & monthly commitment, I offer discounts to my monthly session cost. I can also offer discounts for session rates for 3, 6, and 12 month commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My personal training offers customized flexibility that group classes cannot. Traditional dojos (schools) often have rigid class structure, which helps for the whole, but not for the individual. Since we all have different body types and skill levels, I can train per the individual's needs and goals. I take complex movements and break them down into easy to understand progressions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 2 decades of martial arts training in Southern Shaolin Kung Fu. I have certifications in Jeet Kune Do, Wing Chun Kung Fu, and as a NASM CPT specializing in Corrective Exercise, Weight Loss, Core Training, and Balance Training. I also offer meditation/qigong training.
