    All About Ants is awesome! I found them online and called because of an ant and spider problem which became out of control.
    I immediately got a response to my call from Dan, the owner of All About Ants.
    He scheduled my service for the very next day and I was so pleased to meet him and his partner Chris.
    After doing an extensive assessment of my home they explained the treatment protocol that they had reccomended to eliminate the pests from my home.
    Dan and Chris proceeded with the treatment and carefully covered all areas of my home.
    They were very thorough and professional. Within a day I began to see evidence that the crawling critters were no longer crawling!
    Since the treatment I have had no evidence of new ants or spiders.
    I would highly reccomend All About Ants to those who want to quickly and economically rid their home of crawling pests!

    My husband and I hadn't ever had a bug problem until a friend brought their flea bitten dog to our house. From that point forward over the course of just a couple weeks, we started seeing them jump literally all over our house. We were being bitten and so was our daughter who at the time was only a couple months old. Dan came just once to treat the entire house, we haven't seen a single uninvited critter since that treatment. AWESOME!! He also shocked us with reasonable pricing, and the ability to cleary answer our questions. Great customer service goes a long way with us, times are tough and we are not going to pay someone to be rude or vague.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask what kind of guarantee do you have? Ask..do you guarantee your work without expensive monthly treatments? Ask if the pest control company requires a long contract for guarantee. Ask if the guarantee includes no charge return treatments at no additional charge. Ask if it's safe to be in the house during treatment. Ask if there is an odor.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How safe are the materials I use? My answer is....all pesticides have a label. On that label are instructions on how to use and how not to use it. Also on the label is a buzz word indicating how safe it is. Pesticide label buzzwords typically start at "Caution" go to "Warning" and then "Danger". All the materials I use have a "Caution" label meaning they are safest when following the label. I always follow the label!
