Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask many questions. How secure is your personal information? How will the person gain access to your home? Is there a guarantee of what time of day your services will be performed? Are there consistent office hours & solid admin support? What should you do in the event of an emergency? Be sure your service provider can answer these questions & that you feel confident with their reply.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If a dog is a leash-puller, buy and use a front-clip harness. Much better (and safer) option than a choke-chain, prong-collar or even a haltie.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. I've posted many questions, in-detail, above. Please review those as a great starting place. But always be sure to cover: pet care experience, emergencies, communication and security.
