SqueeGee Power Wash is a locally owned and operated company licensed as a business in Portland, Oregon.

We serve the greater Portland metropolitan area, including the areas of Forest Grove, St. Helen's, Sherwood, Woodburn and Sandy. We are centrally located in Multnomah Village.

We specialize in exterior cleaning services for both residential and small business customers.

SqueeGee Power Wash is licensed as a residential contractor by the Oregon CCB (license #190532). We carry a $10,000 bond, as well as liability insurance.

SqueeGee Power Wash uses only highly effective, eco-friendly specialty cleaning solutions formulated for each particular cleaning task. There are no chemical odors or fumes. The solutions will not harm plants or grass, it is safe to use over water, and it biodegrades very rapidly only hours after use. The solutions will also not harm people or pets nor will they stain other surfaces.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure that the provider is licensed by the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, and that they are bonded and carry liability insurance. The CCB ensures that you the customer is protected "if" something goes wrong.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Pressure washing is not all about just using pressure to blast away the dirt and grime. A pressure washer in the hands of someone inexperienced can cause a great deal of damage.

Professionals in the business know "how much" pressure to use for each type of surface and they know also know which cleaning solutions to use for each task. Pressure washing concrete is very different from pressure washing vinyl siding on a house.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed by the state as a service professional and can you see the license?
Is your company licensed by the city in which you operate?
Are you bonded?
Do you carry insurance?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What are the benefits that they will gain from having their property pressure washed.
Will a house wash improve the curb appeal of their house?
Are they concerned with mold & mildew causing health issues?
Are they concerned with preventing injury by reducing the slime on their driveways and walkways?

There has to be some tangible benefit that the customer expects from the service, otherwise they won't know when the service has met or surpassed their expectations.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. The pressure washing business is continually evolving. From equipment, techniques to the best cleaning solutions. We pride ourselves in keeping up with the latest best practices of the industry and are continually learning everyday.
We research new cleaning products and investigate and test new cleaning methods for the various surfaces we need to clean on a daily basis.
