- What types of customers have you worked with?
There are many things our clients need assistance with, but the most common problems are: 1) Finding highly-qualified tenants quickly, 2) Taking care of maintenance (including improvements and preventative steps) and 3) Handling delinquent accounts of existing tenants. We have systems in place to quickly handle all tenant maintenance requests to make sure that problems are handled quickly. Our quick-response ensures that issues are taken care of before they can create any significant problems.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look for an active, full-time property manager. That is, someone who is personally involved in all aspects of property management (maintenance, leasing, collections, booking, etc.), and who specializes in the field. (As opposed to other real estate professionals who are doing it "on the side"). I
