- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we will meet a new customer at the property and take the tour, answer any questions they may have and decide if we will be a good match for one another. If you decide to hire us we will get you and your rental(s) set up in our system and begin marketing your property as soon as its rent ready!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years of work in the housing industry. Real Estate and Property Management Licenses. Continued education through local and national courses. Particiaption in Local and National Associations.
