Managing one's own rental property can be quite a frustrating experience. It may or may not be cost-effective to do so, depending on the value of the owner's time.
As the agent of the property owner and as property managers, we become an insulating factor between the tenant, any problems that might come up with the owner and the property.
We are only a property management firm and are not in the business of real estate listing and selling. We are properly licensed by the real estate division and comply strictly to the State of Oregon's statutes and laws. All client's funds, both tenant and owner, are held in client's trust accounts as per law.
Our program is normally contracted for a twelve-month period. However, it can be customized to short periods as brief as three months, to cover a particular short-term management requirement.
