Heart Centered Psychotherapy

I provide individual and couples therapy, serving clients from 11 to 65. I'm classically trained in the usual client-centered, humanistic, cognitive-behavioral theories, and I'm quite skilled in them. But my heart and strengths reside in the holistic mind-body-spirit-brain work that I do. I work with the whole person to address issues from the inside out. I utilize my knowledge and skills in Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Core Belief Psychotherapy (CBP). I use guided meditation, and I stress overall wellness. My clients often remark that they are grateful for my collaborative approach and my non-judgmental, safe and sensitive warmth. I am an LPC, a CADC-I, (certified alcohol and drug counselor), and am nearly finished with a certificate in Interpersonal Neurobiology.
