One With Heart Tulen Center

Introduction: Tulen self-defense is simple to learn and highly effective. We provide interactive and age-appropriate training for women and children that builds the skills and confidence to respond immediately to real-life situations. Practice assertive body language and voice, learn to strike with speed and commitment and gain valuable information. No Go Yell Tell is for boys and girls ages 7-10 years old. Through role plays, storytelling and interactive practice, kids learn to set boundaries and act in their own behalf. Kids have fun and gain the skills to live healthier and safer lives. 3 Hours of Power is for girls and women ages 11 and older. Women learn to recognize and respond immediately to threatening behavior. All classes are taught by women martial artists who are certified self-defense instructors. This dynamic course builds skills and confidence in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
