A. We love high profile stainless steel work. Our stainless finishing is top notch. Our line of custom stainless steel brewing equipment gives the home brewer options for high quality equipment at an affordable price. All 16 gauge construction where the competition standard is 20 gauge. All our brew kettles, mash tuns and hot liquor tanks can be up graded or changed later on if needed. We have a full pilot system installed at Rouges Green Dragon located in se Portland Oregon.

A. Most customers don't know what the proper metal to be used on certain projects are. Also, the processes that a good fabricator is capable of doing.
