It was a pleasant experience. He explain every action taken to repair the problem. Eg..replace hard drive, microprocessor etc. he spent approximately 45 min. He was prompt. He wasn't late. I'd like to see him managing his or someone else's business. Really, I think that he would be a great manager. He did what he came to do and that was to fix my computer. He couldn't have done any better than that.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing has always been fair and come in at under the going rate or somewhere similar. I work alone so I have no overhead. I pass that savings along to my customer and we both feel good about the outcome.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet them as normal I introduce myself always greeting with a genuine smile and handshake. With any customer I like to explain what I find as I'm assessing the computer and answer any questions they may have. I like to make them feel they are welcomed in their own home while I'm visiting.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a Diploma Certificate in Computer Operations in 2009 and currently obtaining my AA Degree in Cyber Security & Networking.
