I provide accurate and reasonably priced tax preparation and QuickBooks bookkeeping services.

Who I am:
I am a currently a licensed CPA and IRS enrolled agent who is looking for tax preparation and bookkeeping work from small businesses and individuals. I have extensive experience in tax preparation and during the last six tax seasons have been working full time.

I have been working in tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping for close to 20 years now, and have significant experience in the different areas of bookkeeping such as payroll with all required tax reports, and financial statements.

I have been using QuickBooks for more than five years. I have used numerous other accounting programs prior to that. I am now unemployed and seeking temporary, project, contract or regular work from individuals or small businesses.

My tax preparation fees:
My rates are the same or even lower than the average national tax return preparation fees. I charge per form; my fee for the "short form" 1040EZ is $50 (+$15 for OR return); the charge for the 1040A form is $75 (+$20 for OR return); and I charge $115 (+$30 for OR return) for "long form" Form 1040. I only charge $10 for each additional tax form that is required for a complete tax return (Schedule A for itemized deductions is $25).

The E-filing service is free. The preparation of income tax returns for partnerships and corporations costs more but the fee is still very competitive, usually around $300. The tax preparation for a business with a sole proprietorship individual return (Schedule C) is worth $45 with additional fees if bookkeeping is required.

Have you been using a CPA firm for your tax preparations each year? I can help correct the errors in your books and do your year-end adjusting journal entries so that you no longer have to pay the CPA firm the fees for this part of the annual tax return preparation.

My bookkeeping services:

I can deliver monthly, quarterly, or year-end bookkeeping services, and project work. I can also just do a cleanup of your bookkeeping system. You can email or fax the documents, or I can come pick them up at your location and return the completed work.

I can even enter transactions, make corrections and do adjustment entries directly into your accounting system through the internet from my location if you prefer.

QuickBooks consulting, training, set-up and support:
I can provide QuickBooks training and support to you and your bookkeeper. I can also help you setup your business in QuickBooks, or transfer your existing accounting program to QuickBooks.
