If so go through the store with an insider with the tips and answers to make shopping a better experience. You can get healthy food from any grocery store, you just have to know what to look for and what to avoid.
You will learn:

* how to effectively read food labels
* what areas to avoid
* how to navigate the store
* learn to not fall for the marketing tricks
* plus a q&a where your questions get answered
Groups of at least 4 for tours, send a message with what store you wish to tour.
There is a $10 reservation fee that is refunded the day of the tour.
