Avos has worked on two large projects for me both from scratch and from my own design. One a fence and garden gate with arbor over it the other also outdoors in the garden, creating a structure for my wisteria to grow over. This is much more complicated than simply ordering a fence part/or gate and putting it in. They worked very hard with me to be true to my design and were great to work with.
I think they are a young innovative and good quality team. They pay close attention to detail and communicate well. They were reliable and efficient and $ for $ worth the results achieved.
I have received lots of compliments on my garden gate and fence!

Avos wrought Iron did all our iron work on a 6000 sq.ft custom house we built last year. They did both interior and exterior custom railings with a combined footage of over 200 feet. They did a good job of getting their work done on schedule, while producing a quality product. They were easy to work with and II would recommend them to anyone.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure the ironwork company you higher ARE with Angie's list and Better Business Bureau. Every high skilled company has to be held accountable for their poor craftsmanship. If there is no accountability for the work a company provides, there is no need to focus on high quality work in the first place. A professional company should feel confident in their work and should never shy away from accountability feedback services. If a company does not have either of those sites, you cannot view their true identity and cannot file for complaints unless they are with those companies. We are proud members of BBB and Angie’s list and focus on customer satisfaction daily! Please feel free to view our reviews and our testimonial page on www.avosinc.com Thanks.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Make sure they are with Angies list and BBB. Also make sure there welds are smooth and steady. One key note is to watch out for weld spatters/spackles. A good welder will always have smooth clean product in the end.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed and bonded? Are you on BBB or Angie's list? Do you powder coat or paint? NEVER accept painted steel as it will rust (exterior) in NW weather. Do you offer any warranty with your product? A professional company will always offer at least a 2 year warranty.
