- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If I am hired solo, my normal rate is $30/hr. if my significant other is with me as a team, it is $50/hr. when it is two of us, we are able to complete the job quicker - this is helpful for clients that are under a particular time frame or need the cleaning completed within a limited amount of time. we do offer discounts for repeat customers which varies on frequency.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new client, the first initial clean does take a bit longer because we want to bring the home up to our high standards of cleanliness. however, if hired on a regular basis, the time it takes to finish is less.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was hired to clean for a family that has several short term rental properties in 2020. I still work for them today.
