I am a professional fisherman and chef, and I have a degree in the culinary arts from an accredited Le Cordon Bleu college. I have national sponsors for support.

I can instruct a single person or a small group in all types of fishing techniques, casting, trolling, jigging, fly fishing, bank fishing, and baiting or luring in ponds, creeks, streams, lakes, rivers, bays, and the ocean.

I have spent 7 seasons fishing/cooking at world-famous fishing lodges in Alaska, and I have top-of-the-line equipment and tackle, from ultra light to big ocean gear. I can instruct how to handle and prepare your catch.

I specialize in brining, smoking, deep frying, canning, marinading, and many other techniques. I can travel anywhere in the world at the client's expense, or clients can come to my area for instruction. I can adapt my teaching techniques to fit anyone's learning curve, from children to elderly.

I am very fun to be around and guarantee a great learning experience to any and every client. I have many references and people to contact for questions about my skills and credibility.
