Each week, I teach over 40 students both in their homes, as well as in my studio. Students enjoy their lessons and learn much about music theory, technique and performance.

Introduction: At Northwest School of Music, we produce real results. Not only do students enjoy learning an instrument, but they also learn valuable skills.
How do we accomplish this?
Students receive comprehensive private lessons which teach them everything they need to know to succeed. Not only that, but group lessons are also available to give students some extra help.
Teaching music brings me so much joy! It really brightens my day to share my passion with all students, young and old.

Gillian came highly recommended. My son has truly enjoyed his lessons and looks forward to them every week. She goes out of her way to find music he loves. I love that she comes to my house. So convenient and affordable!

She is great with all of my children. She motivates and encourages them every step of the way. I love her ability to be flexible when life gets crazy with school and other activities. Most importantly she is patient, knowledgeable, and skilled at her profession. I would recommend her to anyone from the youngest to the oldest.

Gillian has instructed our three daughters in piano for the past 5 years and we LOVE her! She is reliable, timely, and easy to get in touch with. She's especially patient and flexible with her teaching style, as all of our children have different strengths; yet they are all progressing in understanding and complexity at an appropriate pace. The children are challenged but not overwhelmed and each look forward to lesson time! We are so blessed to have Gillian as our instructor!!

She is very patient; my daughter loves having her as a piano teacher. It is very convenient to have her come to the house for a reasonable fee. She is prompt and flexible, and easy to get ahold of. I can't wait for my son to start lessons with her. We are also looking forward to the new studio in the works.

Gillian is very dependable and always is timely. The kids have learned more about playing the piano and knowing more music theory. I'm impressed by her professionalism and pleasant demeanor with the kids. She has great techniques in helping the kids break down a song into smaller obtainable parts to help them learn the song correctly.
