Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always get a proposed final invoice from any of the providers who you are thinking about using. This way you will see if there are any additional charges that you did not no about.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It is much better to work with Event Professionals who work together on a regular basis. I have a Team of Wedding Professionals that I have put together for my Weddings and Events that consist of full event coordinating, day of coordinator, decorating, flowers, photography- videography, cakes and desserts, rental items, limos and everything else that you need to have a stress free successful event. I specialize in helping you!
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have been in the catering business for 19 years. We truly love helping our Clients with all types of parties. We can help you from start to finish plan your event. We take the STRESS out of events.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I love the satisfaction of designing a custom menu and a beautiful food table display, hearing the guests say "What a beautiful display when they go through the line and then coming back and letting us know that the food and service was wonderful also." This is why I love the catering and event coordinating business.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Most of the time our Clients just want to know the flow of the day. We help our Clients work on a time line to make the flow of the day go very smooth and have no lulls where your guests are wondering what happens next. We talk about the whole event not just the food. We keep you on schedule but also relaxed.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. I grew up in the Customer Service industry. You have to love people, be very organized and not mind working 12-16 hours a day. I am very hands on and see the events from booking to cooking to day of.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. My Son was getting married and we wanted to help with the Wedding so we catered the Wedding. Then our best Friends Daughter was getting married and they asked if I would help with hers. I of course said that I would. At her Wedding I had 2 more requests for catering for Weddings and the rest is history. That has been 19 years ago. I love it!
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. I have Organized and Catered 4 Weddings where myself and my Team donated 100% of our services to couples who were well deserving.
