- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education often times is the largest part of my day. Just staying on top of the field is almost a full time job even without any customer jobs to do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The lowest service charge can mislead a customer. Experience can save you more money than the difference in price the service provider charges. With experience a service provider can fix problems before they cause data loss, fix them more quickly, and avoid charges and hardware replacements that may not be necessary.
