Introduction: Customer service and going the extra mile is my number one job. This is noticeable in the little details.     Continuing education often times is the largest part of my day. Just staying on top of the field is almost a full time job even without any customer jobs to do.

    The lowest service charge can mislead a customer. Experience can save you more money than the difference in price the service provider charges. With experience a service provider can fix problems before they cause data loss, fix them more quickly, and avoid charges and hardware replacements that may not be necessary.
