Chef David was a delight to have in our home. For our anniversary, I decided to surprise my wife and hire a chef to come cook for us. My wife is something of a foodie, but since she's been gluten-free for a few years now, she's missed out on her favorite Italian dishes. Well, David and I talked about what we could serve her. I asked for ideas, he gave me some, and together we settled on the menu. I'll be honest: I was a little nervous about that menu because it wasn't the same kind of thing we always have, but I decided to trust David's expertise. I'm _so_ glad I did! His skill combined with the high-quality ingredients he chose came together in what was easily the best meal my wife and I can remember. If you're looking for a chef (as I can only assume you are if you're reading this), I highly, highly recommend Chef David Erickson. You'll be doing yourself a favor.

Chef David prepared a spectacular dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday and Thanksgiving. My spouse is a CIA trained chef who worked at a Michelin starred restaurant in NYC and was very impressed with Chef David’s culinary talent. I highly recommend him for your catering needs.

Working with Chef David was a great experience. From planning the meal, to the execution of the various dishes. David responded promptly about my inquiry and helped walk me through the process of picking out the ingredients that would be in season and paired well with what we wanted. He had an ingredient list with prices/estimates for everything and a full menu sent prior to confirming the event which was really helpful. I also had specific requests for certain courses (the soup was inspired from one I recently tried at a restaurant) and David nailed it. We also needed a completely gluten free meal, and it did not disappoint. Having a private chef was a new experience for me, but I would absolutely do it again, with David specifically. For someone who is a big foodie, I was impressed by the flavors and overall presentation! David arrived to our Airbnb before we did and had a beautiful charcuterie board made, followed by chicken satay with the best peanut sauce I’ve ever had (and I’m not a huge peanut sauce fan), a green pea/feta/mint soup, a deconstructed Caprese salad, a green salad and a main course of za’atar butternut squash, roasted potatoes and diver scallops. Everything was locally sourced, and even included some award winning items. It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had!

We were a party of 10 wanting to be free of lunch & dinner responsibilities on the 60th birthday of the twin sisters-wives-mothers in our group. David responded almost immediately to my interest in his services; and he remained responsive through our entire engagement. I enjoyed his collaborative approach to designing a menu to the unique tastes of our group and staying focused on local cheese, protein, and seasonal produce. David knows how to make the most of a modestly equipped kitchen; and with temps in the mid-80s, he paid particular attention to food safety. Dinner steaks were grilled perfectly to each person's liking, and everyone was delighted. You can count on David as a great chef, plus professional and flexible from first contact through clean-up and final payment. Highly recommended!

I wanted to suprise my wife for Valentine's Day with a taste of Italy as we are still newlywed's. Chef David created a jaw dropping flavorpacked menu that rivaled the best meals we ate in Italy in the comfort of our home. Chef David takes into consideration your wants and needs and goes above and beyond to make the event a success. I would recommend him for your next party for sure.
