Tom is very polite and honest. I am computer stupid and Tom puts things in terms I can understand. He doesn't try to sell me things I don't need. He is always on time and calls to check and make sure things are working like I need them to. I would highly recommend him. He also does not make me feel stupid and he doesn't look down on me because I'm not a big fan of computers.He does not try to make me buy stuff I don't need or want.
