- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, $40hr for one cleaner, $80/hr for two cleaners, $120/hr for teams of 3. We usually book teams of 2 or 3 for locations over 2500 sq feet for regular maintenance cleaning. For move-out and deep cleans we charge $45 dollars an hour per cleaner size of home depends on time and how many cleaners are recommended.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to get the details of what they are looking for their cleaning, including specifics of their home - square footage, numbers of bedrooms and bathrooms, if they have pets, what they would like cleaned, how often they would like the cleaning, previous experiences with cleaners, etc. Then we talk about the best days and times for cleaning and answer any other questions the client has. Then we have the cleaner call to confirm. When the cleaner arrives they do a walk through with the client. After the cleaning the cleaner does a walkthrough a the end to make sure the client is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We require background checks and train all of our cleaners as well as maintain ongoing cleaning classes through Association for Residential Cleaning Services International.
