Mad Dog Computer Repair and Services

contact for price

Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: First, we know our job so well that all of our in-shop services are flat-price instead of hourly. If it takes longer than usual, it doesn't cost you any extra. Second, if some problem does show up after you get your computer back, our service and parts are covered warranties and we'll take care of it for you. We've heard horror stories of computers being in the shop for weeks and the shop just shines the customer along. At Mad Dog, this is never the case. As long as we can get ahold of you and any required parts are available, you'll have your computer back in days, not weeks.

Fixed my laptop power connector, but broke both the wifi and usb port next to it. Wouldn't let me pick up my computer without making me buy their non-OEM power cord at a rip-off price. Unbelievable. Could never recommend them.
Mad Dog Computer Repair and Services's reply
It is unfortunate when a competing company leaves an anonymous FAKE review to discredit us. This review is obviously not from a real client because a real client 1) wouldn't know if the WiFi was next to a USB port since the WiFi is an internal part which is not visible without disassembling the computer, 2) would know that our repair services carry a 30-day warranty and, if we did break something, we would fix it without charge, 3) probably would not use a term like 'non-OEM' and 4) we would not (and could not) hold a client hostage to buy something they didn't ask for. Most of our business is from referrals and repeat clients which would never happen if we actually acted as claimed in this FAKE review.

Computer wouldn't start. They diagnosed a failed power supply, probably due to dust build up. In addition to PS replacement, I had them do their recommended cleaning, security software and Windows update. All were performed as promised, and ahead of finish date guaranteed.
