Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. Last week we worked with a teacher who is very busy. She had a roommate who moved out with a cat. Our Client wanted a freind to come over with her new baby. My team went in and moved most of the furniture and detailed out the house so her friends could come over.
Our team works with the State of Oregon to help senior and disabled people be able to stay in their homes or come back to their homes after a hospital stay. We help organize and make the homes safe and sanitary.
We are working with an older couple to get their home caught back up on the dusting, floors and other stuff it is hard for them to reach anymore. We are doing it 4 hours at a time so we working an area or two at a time for their budget and the amount of time they want our team in their house.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. A lot of people think a license, bond and insurance are not important. they are! They protect you! Check to make sure they are active and check at least three references before giving anyone the key to your home. That is your life protect it!
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. How do I best keep up with my home between the cleanings to save money? Just make sure to do the topical cleaning - sweep, wipe counters, put stuff away before we come so we can concentrate of the deep cleaning
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. The most important questions you should ask anyone you hire for any jobs at/ in your home are:
1. Are you licensed, Bonded and Insured ( check to make sure they are still valid). This will protect your home/ property from theft, accidents, ect...
2. How much experience have you had?
3. Do you have references? Make sure you call to check on them.
4. Are the supplies included in your pricing?
5. What kind of products do you use?
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. We need to know the square footage of your home, what types of flooring you have, how many people live there, any animals (long or short hair), what type of tubs and showers (tile, wraparound), how often you want it cleaned, ect..
For a vacancy - if you are renting and moving out get a list from your landlord of what is expected to get your deposits back (each landlord is different)
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. All About Clean stands out from the rest of the other cleaning companies because we "detail" everything we do! We clean floors the old fashioned way in homes on our hands and knees.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I have been in the cleaning business for almost 14 years now. I love helping customers realize just how their home or business can look! I love the smiles and knowing we are helping make someones life easier.

A. Do we use green Products? Yes we do
Will you clean other things? We have done boats, rvs, machine shops, and many other things.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. I have a lady who has Cerebral Palsy I have worked with for 12 years now. (She has become family) I have taught her how to clean her dishes and keep up while we are not there.
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. This is not an easy job and we are not topical cleaners we have product tested to know what works best on a home/ office ect. so we can get the job done in the most efficient and time saving way
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I have two amazing daughters and it gave me the opportunity to raise them myself and make my own hours!
My mom taught me the importance of doing the job right the first time! It gives personal satisfaction.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. we have a condo we did in downtown Portland for a new customer. He said he has never seen the floors shine like we made them since he bought the condo.

A. I took business and customer service classes

A. My greatest strength is that I love working with people and making them happy! I am reliable, experienced, friendly and keep my word! We are licensed, bonded and insured for our and your protection. I have 15 years running my own business while raising two daughters. This means I am really good at multi tasking.
