A. The most common type of jobs that I do are removing viruses, installing new computers in homes, and recycling old computers.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Tell them what your computer is doing, they should be able to spout off a few ideas of what is going on with your computer without even looking at it.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. I am very good at what I do. Plus, I charge less than any other companies out there that don't do the quality of work that I am committed to giving my customers.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I like the look on my customers' faces when they see the computer that they thought would never start up again, boot up right in front of their eyes. I like making people's lives easier. I also enjoy making people happy.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. The most common question that customers ask me is: " Can you teach me how to do this?" My answer is: "I could teach you, but teaching you would at least double my time here, and you are paying $35/ hr. Do you really want to pay that much to know how I do what I do?"
