- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a company that offers a service to a community which we are part of, with that in mind, our pricing is set to be competitive, but don't let the price make you guess the quality of work. We are here to foster long term relationships so on top of the Senior Discounts and Veteran Discounts you can expect Loyalty Discounts as you allow us to work for you on a long term bases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are respectful of communication preferences. We will reach out within minutes of estimate request and will follow up accordingly, once we make a connection, we set a day and time that works for us to connect in person at the residence where the service is needed, this allows us to establish a relationship before the job begins, helps with trust and allows us to give you the proper estimate.
