We have hired Garcia's Landscape Maintenance to repair our grass which was overtaken by moss and weeds. We also asked to trim and clean brushes/vegetation around our house. After three visits and two weeks, the grass is gone, couple of trees and brushes he touched in front of the house have been ugly cut, others left untrimmed, exposed areas what previously had bark dust are just bare dust. Our house lost it's appeal and it looks much worst then it had bad grass and was overgrown with vegetation.

This isn't a fair statement. They hired my company to do a lawn
rejuvenation which include the removal of moss and thatch with a power rake, and as she mansion on her statement her lawn was full of moss and thatch. I explain to her husband how it will looks and how long it may take it to recovery and he agrees. He also asked me to prune back all the shrubs and small trees the were over grove. I replayed I can do it but it will look not good because you haven't done anything in years. He said I know plants will came back in couple months and I'm OK with that. And not to mansion that she wasn't present wen I spoke to her husband about the work scope. Finally I sent a text massage saying the work is done. And she reply me the she'll write me a bad reviews because I destroy that lawn and kill her plants.
In closing: We did exactly what her husband asked me to do "Lawn Rejuvenation and prune plants" And we don't do nothing with out costumer agreement. And they never pay me for the work.
