Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. At Great Fish Media we pride ourselves in doing "our best work" with every new job and client. This means we are always pushing our own envelope forward!

We also have a collective 20 years of experience in video production, news media and graphic design, so we know our way around the block. We only offer a wide variety of services because we have experience in all of those arenas. We've filmed in locations ranging from a race track to a K-12 school to a meth house to the slums in Kenya!

Lastly, because we are a small production house, we are able to give our customers a personal touch, this means frequent visits and updates, phones calls and emails detailing you on the progress of your job. If you as a customer need something we are quick to respond and get the job done!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. We at Great Fish Media are always feeling blessed to work where we do. Working in the creative video industry is incredibly satisfying work. It is something that we absolutely love to do and we believe it shows through the quality of our work. Our employees have worked in offices and newsrooms and none of that compares to the fun we have putting smiles on our clients faces when we deliver a finished product. Our employees also have built up a chemistry from working together for a number of years that makes us click together as a group. Because of that, work is never a chore for us, but it is something we look forward to doing each and every day of the week!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. We get lots and lots of questions from our clients. On one occasion we had a client meeting and the question came up, "how would you market our product differently?". On the spot we proposed doing a video series to air on TV as viral commercials. They liked the idea so much they gave us the go ahead to storyboard and script the idea! When presented to the decision makers of the company they signed us up to do a series of 4 commercials! It was fun to go from being asked a simple question to creating a 4 part TV commercial series!

Another question we have been asked is, "Can you guys work within our budget instead of charging us an hourly rate?". The answer to this question is always a resounding yes. In fact, most of our clients will give us a budget to work with and we will provide then with a package that includes a number of shoot days, a number of edits, a number of duplicated dvd's, packaging, etc.
