- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
To avoid (misquoting) under quoting or over quoting based on little info . I "recommend" an visual estimate and if I get the service, that estimate is free. Also if I over quote you or viceversa the quote is not any longer in effect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Working so many years in companies from 9 to 5, I finally had enough with being stuck in traffic for the last seven years to Anaheim every day, I could not take it any more. This is what I like and enjoy doing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers needing : change doors ; change sink ; replace toilets ; replace faucets ; change bath tubs etc. and a lot of cleanups on back yard ;and paint
