I had a heavy piece of furniture to move and even though I submitted the request on New Year’s Day, the owner replied right away. Discussed my project and made it out the very next day. Also assembled 2 pieces of furniture. I’m very pleased with the results and quick turnaround.

Tom was very responsive from the get go. Set up a phone call to confirm the number and distance furniture needed to be moved. Was very clear about the 2 hour minimum. They were so efficient the job was finished in 1 hour. Moved everything carefully without damaging walls. I would hire them again.

The process for working with a new customer would be getting a list of items to be moved, the distance of the move, to be able to provide an estimate & if they wanna book with us then getting a list of information we need to be able to help them.
