Tim was very helpful in explaining the process of our Bat removal and Fungus in our Basement . Both times the Crue arrived to do the work they were very Personable, and answered any Questions I might have . Both Wild Life Expert , Steve and Josh were also very helpful with the process. Excellent Bat removal service! And my Basement turned out Great ! And thank you Eric to you and your Team . All in all I would Definitely recommend Tim Nyman . Tim was very thorough with our initial inspection. He was able to spot bats in our attic when we thought it was mice or squirrels. Also spotted carpenter ants in our basemant. He provided us with great customer service and recommended us with the right plan for our needs.

I had squirrels and mice in my attic, Gerald came and assessed the situation and did a very thorough inspection. I was very pleased with explaining to me on everything I needed to do to get rid of my squirrels and mice problem. I would definitely recommend Terminix and Gerald himself to anyone.
