I was in need of a new computer that would allow me to store my work for school, store tons of pictures, videos, & music without having to get extra storage devices. I spoke to Frank about this who immediately knew exactly what I was asking for; he took the time to research the best way for me to accomplish this.
He explained to me in terms that I could understand what type of computer would work for me and not have to buy extra storage space unless I wanted to. I was ecstatic and had him build me a custom built computer. He also explained to me that I could add on to what I already have as well at a later time. The add on would be a want not a need.
I am extremely happy, he was able to work within my budget, I got a unique computer that no one else has (something that is important to me), it can do everything that I need it to do and then some. Frank, you have made me a happy person, I recommend Frank's PC Center to everyone I know for any computer issues.

A. When looking for a Technician, you must look for licenses, degrees, and certificates in this field. Now, it doesn't have to be all three, but at least one of them. I hear and see so many horror stories about suppose techs taking advantage of people. Which in reality makes it hard for all techs working for a living. I remember dealing with a customer that had bad experiences with a person with no credentials. What it was basically, he gave her a system with a counterfeit operating system. So, she was angry that she had been taken by someone she trusted.
So when I came a long, she treated me with a long handled stick. Although, I told her where she went wrong, I still got the cold shoulder. Dealing with finding a technician that know their way around a computer, network, and just can give you all around advice about technology in general; you must look for one of the three things:
1. License
2. Information Technology Degree
3. Certification
Stay safe in your search!
A. Basically, knowing what you want in a PC. This will help you get the best system for your needs. Evaluate your needs for a system; are you a power users, a gamer, or are you a basic users. Knowing what type of user you are will save you much frustration when picking your next system.
A. My work is very detailed, and a lot of effort goes into making my product compete with store produced products. I believe that if a person starts a business, 100% should be given. So this means all of my clients recieves a product that they can count on, along with the product you get support, manuals, and best practices. In some cases depending on the manufacture, I do offer warranties on the computer parts. It also depends on the type of money you want to spend for a custom built system which I will point out with each individual customer.
A. I love everything about computers, technology is a growing field and I want to be a part of it and help those that need the help.
A. 1. Do I give discounts? Because I'm an independent contractor, I can't give a discount otherwise I would cutting into profits. Building computers is really costly project and not much room for profit. If I raise the prices of my services then it will force people to go somewhere else for their computer needs. So, I keep things simple by charging a flat rate which you and I are happy with.
2. What is the difference between a store brought PC and a PC that is custom built? Well, its a big difference; you have complete control of how the system is built. You have complete control of the parts and what software is installed. Custom built systems allow you to change the system or add onto it. Store brought PCs is a different store, you have to settle for whats on the shelf. Then if you want upgrades for the system, the company charges you some crazy prices.
