Our guitar teachers are flexible and personable college-trained musicians, as well as active performers, experts in beginner lessons, classical, metal, acoustic, and all other major genres.
All ages, levels, and styles are welcome. Take lessons in our large lesson rooms with internet access, iPod docks, drum machines, books and sheet music, and other lesson resources. Students also get password access to our online lesson resources. We have a large waiting area with wireless internet access for parents and families.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Our teachers are college-trained musicians. Richards Guitar Studio is owned by a graduate of the West Chester University of Pennsylvania School of Music - magna cum laude. We have a high number of professional classical guitarists who also perform locally in a variety of bands and venues. Our rock, acoustic, blues, beginner, and all other students enjoy the benefit of learning from classically trained musicians. Many guitar lesson services - especially at music stores - do not require college background. In addition, our lesson rooms are 10'x10' and have wireless internet, drum machines, and other lesson resources (including an exclusive website for our students) - our facilities stand out from the competition. Many of our students move on to study music at the university level, form their own bands and perform locally, or pursue music professionally in a variety of other endeavors. Lastly, our students genuinely enjoy our lesson service and learn music to increase their quality of life.
