After hours appointments can be scheduled....
Remote means, you stay at home, while I log in to your computer while you watch. This is safe, I can not log in without your permission.
* At-home training, software, XP, Vista, Windows 7 and MS Office and more along with any hardware or software upgrades
* Virus removal 99% of the time without any loss of your personal data
* Setup of a new computer with data transfer from your old computer
* Setup or fix of wireless networking, cabled networking or ISP internet connection problems
If it has to do with a PC computer, I'm the one you need to call. Sorry, I have no services for Mac.
I am A+ certified, Dell certified, IBM certified, HP preferred tech and XP, Vista and Windows 7 certified expert. I am insured and licensed.

Holly is an outstanding computer tech. I am so glad we found her and we will only use her from now on !!! She is very educated about new software and is always willing to help install it. Whenever she comes, my children get a kick out of her stories. We always learn something new. She is only an email away and within 24 hours you have your answer. I would highly recommend Hollyecho for all of your computer needs. Believe me, she doesn't leave until the problem is fixed. !!!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. I have experience, mostly with everyday users. I don't speak over your head, and am patient with encouraging you to ask questions. I have no problem with you asking what I am doing, watching, and asking questions.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. More expensive isn't always better. Free products *software* work allot of the times better than the ones that computer manufactures and big chains push at you.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How much experience you do you have? Have you seen this type of problem before? What is involved with the cure of this problem?
