Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Anyone attempting to sell a home on their own, I say, "sure give it a try" , usually there are so many details that can be stressfull.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Communication is very important in a real estate transaction. So is representation. If you have not sold or purchased a home recently, you might be surprised at the amount of paperwork. I'm not afraid to spend money to market your home to get it sold.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I have one of the most unique careers around. I enjoy not having a 9-5 job. There is no routine. I have seen the best of the best and also the worst of the worse. Real Estate is a combination of many different factors, it's how people live, it's a decision to move, sometimes because of an unfortunate event. Some homes you visit are breathtaking, while others leave you with a sense of guilt because of deplorable conditions.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much could I sell my house for? I would need to provde a CMA to determine that.
