- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to walk thru the sellers home to get an idea of the condition before we set our list price. With a buyer, it is necessary for you to obtain a pre approval from a lender prior to looking at homes for sale.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associate Broker designation and am an ABR which stands for Accredited Buyer Agent
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The highest price property I sold was 1.3 million and the lowest was 5,300. I work with all buyers and sellers.
