I really, really, really wanted to give Pat a 5-star rating, but... The work seems to have been done well (it looks good, but the passage of time will be the real test); it was done promptly, efficiently and on schedule; the work site was left in immaculate condition; the price was lower than the competition's; and Pat was pleasant and easy to work with. But... Pat does not reply promptly, if at all, to communications unless the matter is urgent. That can and did become frustrating. Also, I twice instructed him to have his crew re-install a bike rack that was on the parking area. They did not do that. I followed up, but again nothing happened. I tried to contact him a couple of more times before writing this review to find out why the rack had not been re-installed --- I did not want to criticize him if there was a good reason not to install the rack. Again, no response. The bottom line is that I would probably hire him again, but I would buy a couple of bottles of Maalox to help with the frustrations from the lack of communications.

I would absolutely recommend PMJ Paving to anyone who needs paving work done. They removed my 60+ year old concrete driveway and replaced it with asphalt. I was having water leaking into my foundation, but they built up my driveway so no more water can enter into my home. I am very happy with the end result. It is not only functional and practical, but it also looks great! Fully recommend.

After we accepted the offer, on 9/22/15, they sent us an email asking to call them and schedule the job, but they never got back to us.

They did an excellent job on the driveway at a reasonable price. They are professional and quick. The driveway looks great. I would definitely recommend them.
