Introduction: I am a personal trainer certified as a strength and conditioning, sports performance, and track and field coach. I can train people for hypertrophy (muscle building), strength training, endurance training, weight loss, and running/triathlons as well as provide proper nutritional guidance for each of those areas. I also teach group outdoor boot camps which focus solely on body weight movements. I have 10 years of experience in the field and have worked with doctors, chiropractors, and other training professionals. I believe in constant and never-ending improvement and am always striving to make myself a better trainer, so that I can make my clients overall better people!
