Introduction

I was a Special Warfare student in the Navy. I've experienced training at a high level, I know what works, I know what doesn't. My abilities reside in gleaning the good things from certain training methods and discarding the rest. Simple may not be sexy, but its sure is effective. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Undergrad in the Kinesiology program at Temple University. Also, I am required by ACE to completely 20 hours of continuing education credits every two years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
i was in the Navy trying to become a SEAL, I got sick during Hell Week and separated from the military. My goal is to establish a gym in California that caters to high level military personnel and anyone looking to optimize their health well being through strength and movement.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I mostly do programming. Its hard to be everywhere at once while being a student. However, it's easy to email or call me so we can talk about your goals, your time constraints and ultimately what you want to get out of your training.
