Alltech is a full-service home and environmental inspection business, with over 20 years of experience. We are an A+ BBB-accredited company.

Our home inspectors are degreed engineers and members of ASME, ASCE, ASHI, AARST, NACHI, GREI, and many other professional organizations. We have performed approximately 20,000 inspections.

We maintain high standards of practice. Our reports are fully written, and are not computer-generated punch lists with pictures. We provide a website to our customers with 50 to 100 pictures taken during the inspection. We want you at the inspection. We want you asking the questions. We also provide free, unlimited phone support after the inspection.

We are fully insured with liability and E&O insurance. We can provide references and/or sample inspection reports and links to a sample client's website.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Full home inspections, radon inspections, pest inspections, mold inspections and structural inspections. Approxiately 70% of our inspections would fall into a residential category and the remaining 30% would fall under either investment or industrial inspections.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check reference. Look at the report offered by the inspection company. Check and VERIFY insurance. There is a lot of fraud in this industry. We have witnessed it over the last 20 years. Check on professional affilications and licensing, where required.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We are full time professional inspectors, with degrees in mechanical and structural engineering. We have performed approximately 20,000 inspections. We have provided strong, reliable, and competent inspection services for 20 years.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love my job because of the strong interaction it allows with Alltech's clients. I love that I am able to help people find a home that they can feel confident about purchasing.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Their most common question to me is "would you buy this house". That question is the one that the client will need to determine when they are presented with all of the facts on the home, not just the inspections. I honestly that only the buyer can determine if the house is outside the scope of their abilities.

Buying a home involves a lot more than the inspection. If a buyers budget places them in a pricing range that may require some "fix it's" from the home's future owner, then the buyer will need to determine if that is within their abilities. I cannot make those determinations. I can honestly tell you what is right and what is wrong with the house/property. From there, the buyer will need to determine if the purchase is a good fit for their life, their budget, and their lifestyle.
