Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Hiring a family owned and run business like ours will benefit the customer because we care more about the customer than a big box studio or someone who does 30 or 40 weddings a year. We only do 15-20 because that is all we wan to do. By doing less weddings, we have more time to devote to our clients and treat them like friends and family rather than just another client.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. There are no secrets to share about being a photographer. Either you have it or you don't. When you don't, that is when you hire a professional like us.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask questions that will make the knots in your stomach go away. A customer is spending a lot of money on us. Sometimes up to $10,000, of course they will have knots in there stomach about spending that amount of money with us. By asking the right questions, they can help ease the knots and know they are getting a quality product from amazing professionals.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Everything about being a photographer is fun. There is not one single part that stands out from the rest. I like everything from meeting new clients, working with them and planning their special day, shooting the event and then editing and delivering the final product. All are as equally important as the next.

Q. What are you currently working on improving?

A. Everything! If we ever stop working to improve something then we should just get out of the business. Even things we do really well are being worked on to be even better.
