- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide half-day and full-day pricing. Discounts are available for multiple events booked. I accept most types of payments: credit card, PayPal, check, money order, and purchase order.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I request an initial call to review what is important to the customer and to confirm the event date and time. Together, we determine an agreeable timeframe for delivery of the images. I often provide highlight photographs the same day of the event and typically send the remaining images via Dropbox, Google Drive, or WeTransfer within two days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a working event photographer for 10 years, I have gained invaluable experience on the job. I currently photograph 150-plus events and capture several hundred thousand images each year as owner and photographer for my own company, Kaboly Photography. To keep current with the latest photographic equipment and techniques and to continually hone my skills as a photographer, I attend annual photography conferences and take advantage of workshops and programs offered through my membership with Nikon Professional Services. I earned Top Pro designation in 2017 and 2018 from the online search engine Thumbtack for being among the highest-rated and most popular small businesses promoted on the site.
