Not what we expected. A lot of money for little completed. My niece was unhappy with the service especially for the price charged.

Diane, I'm sorry to hear of your nieces dissatisfaction with the cleaning that was performed. I know u were not there but she was. I did everything she asked me to do that day plus some. The stove top was black with food just burnt onto it as well as the stove top grates. I scrubbed everything and was able to get 95% of the black off it. The shower and tub were covered in soap scum. I was able to get all that clean. I washed down all the cupboards and scrubbed both bathroom floors by hand. I was there over 4 hours of non stop cleaning. Your niece spent the entire time in her roomouth with the door closed so when I finally finished I asked her to walk thru the house with me and make sure there wasn't anything else I missed. She said no she was happy with. At that I thanked her and left. I'm not sure what more was expected of me. I did more than she had asked me to do when we did the original walk thru. I even did most of the windows that she did not even ask to get done.
